RN – Renal | Travel Contract

Facility: Berkshire Health System
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Address: 8 Conte Drive, Pittsfield, MA

Schedule: 3×12 Days | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
Contract: 13 weeks
Rate: $89/hr
Call: None
Weekend: Every other weekend
Holidays: Required as needed

Requirements

• 3 years of current Renal RN experience – Required
• Active Massachusetts RN License
• BLS from AHA – Required
• Current Renal skills checklist
• 1 supervisory signed reference from the past 2 years
• Own vehicle required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Scheduling & RTO

• Maximum 5 days RTO
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted with the profile
• No RTO or scheduling changes after submission
• Block scheduling not accepted
• Travelers may be required to work holiday blocks
• 8 hours non-billable orientation

Important

• Agency’s Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License must be submitted with the traveler profile.
• Permanent address must be included at submission.
• Traveler must be prepared to work required holidays.
