Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Hospital-Based Setting
Boise, Idaho
We are seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week hospital-based contract in Boise, Idaho. This opportunity offers the chance to work with a collaborative therapy team while supporting patients with functional recovery, ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence.
This is a great fit for an OT who enjoys a hospital setting, working with neuro patients, and collaborating with a larger interdisciplinary rehab team.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and functional independence.
- Treat patients with neurological, orthopedic, post-surgical, and medically complex conditions.
- Provide ADL retraining, transfer training, upper extremity rehab, cognitive interventions, and adaptive equipment education.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, SLP, and case management.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies, discharge planning, and home recommendations.
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
Requirements
- Active Idaho OT license required.
- BLS required.
- Hospital experience preferred.
- Neuro experience preferred.
