Description
- Job Title: IMC/PCU/Stepdown - RN (Travel Contract)
- Specialty: Progressive Care / Stepdown / IMCU
- Location: Washington Township, New Jersey (Jefferson Washington Township Hospital)
- Shift: Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00 - 07:00; every other weekend [Fri-Sat-Sun] required)

Position Summary Travel IMC/PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week contract at Jefferson Washington Township Hospital. Responsibilities include providing stepdown-level care, floating to like units within scope as required, and charting via Epic EMR. First-time travelers are accepted.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required
- Active New Jersey or compact nursing license required at time of submission
- Compliance & Submission Rules: RTO must be finalized at submission (no block scheduling accommodated); mandatory interview availability range of 3–5 days; strict clinical pass/fail exam required (max 3 attempts); mandatory PA fingerprints and childline clearance required within 1 week of signing if lacking valid results from the past 12 months

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
