<h2>⭐ Position Highlights</h2><ul><li>Specialty: Labor &amp; Delivery / Obstetrics / Postpartum</li><li>Location: Anaconda, Montana</li><li>Shift: Nights (NOC)</li><li>Hours: 36–48 hours/week</li><li>Contract: 13 Weeks</li><li>On-Call: 6–8 call shifts every 6 weeks</li><li>Primarily night shifts with occasional day coverage as needed</li></ul><h2>📋 Requirements</h2><ul><li>Active Montana RN License or qualifying Compact License</li><li>Minimum 2 years of recent L&amp;D/OB experience</li><li>Experience in Labor &amp; Delivery, Obstetrics, and Postpartum required</li></ul><h3>Required Certifications</h3><ul><li>BLS</li><li>ACLS</li><li>NRP</li><li>AWHONN Intermediate</li></ul><h2>👩‍🍼 Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.</li><li>Monitor maternal and fetal well-being using evidence-based nursing practice.</li><li>Assist with vaginal deliveries and obstetric emergencies.</li><li>Provide newborn assessments, education, and family-centered postpartum care.</li><li>Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and the multidisciplinary OB team.</li><li>Participate in rotating on-call coverage to support unit needs.</li></ul>
