Description

Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location: University of Maryland Saint Joseph Medical Center, Towson, MD
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, M–F (4x10s also accepted)
Start Date: 9/28/2026

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience.
  • First-time travelers accepted.
  • NMTCB + ARRT(N) or ARRT(R), BLS & MD State License required.
  • Strong independent experience with Nuclear Medicine/Nuclear Cardiology.
  • Experience with Nuclear stress tests, HIDA, VQ, biliary, lymph & amyloid studies.
  • Proficient in SPECT/CT, bone, brain, liver, renal & thyroid scans, MUGA and gastric emptying.
  • IV starts, venous blood draws & radioactive material handling required.
  • Equipment: Client, SPECT CT G850.
  • Call: Weekdays 4 PM–10 PM, 2x/week; weekend on-call every other weekend.
  • Float required within specialty/scope.
  • Locals under 50 miles are not accepted
