Description

Start Date: 09/07/2026
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Thursday through Monday
Shift: Variable PM/NOC
- 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
- 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedules are provided one month in advance.

Requirements:

Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License
Minimum 1 year of recent laboratory experience
Blood Banking experience required
Strong experience in Hematology and Core Laboratory

Job Responsibilities:

Perform testing in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunohematology, urinalysis, and phlebotomy.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
Perform quality control and maintain laboratory records.
Collect and process patient specimens.
Report laboratory results to physicians and nursing staff.
Perform blood typing, crossmatching, and transfusion support.
Prepare laboratory reagents and monitor inventory levels.
Interpret blood smears and other biological specimens.
