Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced OB Labor & Delivery RN to provide safe, efficient, and compassionate nursing care to Labor & Delivery and Obstetric patients. The RN will monitor maternal and fetal well-being, manage labor progression, assist with deliveries, and respond promptly to obstetric emergencies.

Responsibilities:

Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor.
Manage labor progression and assist with deliveries.
Interpret fetal monitoring strips.
Perform cervical exams within scope of practice.
Administer medications and treatments.
Prepare patients for operative deliveries.
Respond to obstetric emergencies.
Provide postpartum education and support.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and the care team.
Promote a safe and positive birth experience for mothers and newborns.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
Recent Labor & Delivery experience required.
Must have experience in OB/Labor & Delivery.
Current, active Montana RN license required.
NRP
STABLE
BLS/BCLS
ACLS
PALS

Mileage reimbursement: No
No bonuses listed
On-call: $4/hr pager
Overtime after 40 hours
Overtime rate: All-Inclusive Rate + $5/hr
