Travel MRI Technologist - Bronx, NY
A leading healthcare facility in Bronx, New York is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment starting 9/14. This is an excellent opportunity for an MRI Tech looking for a strong pay package and a consistent weekday schedule in one of New York City's most vibrant boroughs.
Assignment Details
- Location: Bronx, NY
- Start Date: 9/14
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Pay: $3,751/week gross
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
- ARRT (MR) certification required
- New York State license with injection certification required
- Experience with GE MRI systems
- Experience using PACS
- Familiarity with Epic EMR
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI examinations according to departmental protocols
- Safely administer contrast agents in accordance with facility guidelines and licensure requirements
- Operate GE MRI equipment and ensure optimal image quality
- Utilize PACS for image storage, retrieval, and documentation
- Accurately document patient information within Epic EMR
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to provide exceptional patient care
