Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry | Resource Pool
Facility: UVM Health – Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, Plattsburgh, NY
Start: 09/10/2026 | Duration: 4 weeks | 36 hrs/week
Shift: 12-hour Days | Ratio: 1:4–1:5 | EMR: EPIC
Seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry RN with at least 1 year of experience, current NY RN license, and AHA BLS. RN will float between R5, R6, R7 and other telemetry units as needed, including ED Hold patients. Every other weekend required; no call or block scheduling. Must have recent EPIC experience within the past 2 years; NIHSS required prior to start. Navy blue/white scrubs.
