• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: ROTATING
• Call Requirements: N
• Required Certifications: NRP, BLS
• Years of Experience: 1-2
• Float Requirements: MOTHER BABY

• Number of Beds: 4, SURGE TO 6
• Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2 DEPENDING ON ACUITY
• EHR: PARAGON

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: NEONATE

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: EXPERIENCE IN LEVEL 3 NICU OR LEVEL 2 SPECIAL CARE NURSERY
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: PREFERRED MOTHER BABY, CATCHING BABY IN DELIVERY EXPERIENCE
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: TTN, PRETERM, NAS, FEEDING ISSUES
• Personality Fit: FLEXIBLE, WILLING TO WORK AS A TEAM
