What You'll Do Day-to-Day
As a key member of our clinical team, you will:
- Restore & Empower: Perform thorough evaluations and design tailored, evidence-based treatment plans for orthopedic, post-surgical, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Deliver Outstanding Care: Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
- Team Up for Impact: Work side-by-side with our pain management providers, physicians, and rehab professionals to deliver holistic, coordinated care.
- Educate & Inspire: Teach patients and caregivers safe home exercise programs, body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies.
- Stay Ahead: Maintain seamless EMR documentation and engage in ongoing clinical learning.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate) from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in the State of New York.
- A empathetic, patient-first mindset paired with strong clinical reasoning.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or chronic pain setting.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Familiarity with EMR systems like WebPT.
Physical & Environmental Demands
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing hands-on therapeutic techniques for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist patients with mobility.
