Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty
Strong Med-Surg/PCU or ICU background preferred
Primarily PCU, with floating to ICU
ICU ratios: 1:1–1:2
PCU ratio: 1:3
Experience with ICU-level drips
Ventilator experience required for ICU assignments
IABP/CRRT are not required unless the candidate has that experience

Required Certifications

✅ BLS – AHA
✅ ACLS – AHA
