Description

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) | Direct Hire / Permanent

Location: Yuma, AZ

Position Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Full-Time

Setting: Regional Medical Center / Emergency Department

Schedule: 3x12-Hour Nights (36 Hours/Week)

Pay: Competitive Base Hourly Rate (DOE) + Full Employee Benefits Package

Role Snapshot

Setting: High-volume emergency department within a full-service regional medical center.
Clinical Scope: Triage, rapid assessment, trauma stabilization, telemetry strip interpretation, emergency medication administration, and continuous monitoring of acute/critical patients.
Opportunity: Full-time permanent placement offering comprehensive health, retirement, and relocation assistance for qualifying candidates.

Candidate Requirements

Licensure: Active and unrestricted Arizona State RN License or Compact Multi-State RN License.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience within the past 3 years.
Clinical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting telemetry strips.
Certifications: Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS.
Geographic Requirement: Must currently reside 100+ miles away from the Yuma, AZ area (relocating candidates only).
