Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
Long Term Acute Care (2 years of experience)
Long Term Acute Care experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Ventilator and tracheostomy experience
Central line knowledge

Preferred Experience

Wound care experience

Role Focus

Provides nursing care for LTAC/Telemetry patients
Uses the nursing process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
Provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel
Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education
