Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Greater Boston, Massachusetts
We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility contract in the Greater Boston, Massachusetts area. This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys post-acute rehab, helping patients regain mobility and independence, and working with a collaborative therapy team.
This role is open to travel or local candidates and is new grad friendly.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician orders.
- Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex conditions.
- Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, OT, SLP, and the interdisciplinary rehab team.
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
