Description

RN – LDRP | Brockton Hospital

Unit: LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum)
Facility: Brockton Hospital, Massachusetts
Patient Population: Primarily obstetric/maternal-newborn patients, including laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns.

Submission must-haves:

  • Active Massachusetts RN license
  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS
  • NRP
  • PALS – preferred
  • LDRP/L&D experience would be important for submission, even though the generic posting says they may be a beginning practitioner.
  • MEDITECH experience – preferred

Brockton Hospital is a mid-sized, not-for-profit community teaching hospital in southeastern Massachusetts. The hospital has a strong maternal-newborn service, including L&D, postpartum, maternal-fetal medicine and a Level II nursery, so it’s a good opportunity for an experienced LDRP/OB RN.

That makes the LDRP RN role particularly OB-focused, with exposure to: Labor & Delivery Postpartum/mother-baby care Newborn care High-risk maternal care/MFM Level II special-care nursery environment
