Float Requirement Potentially to MS/Tele units, possible overflow unit, or ED holds.
Required Years of Experience 2
Preferred Years of Experience >3
Required Hard Skills Telemetry, cardiac monitoring, EKG interpretation, ACLS certification, assessment, monitoring, medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, post-procedural care, patient education, discharge planning.
Required Soft Skills Critical thinking, communication skills, teamwork, empathy, time management, multitasking, adaptability, resilience, attention to detail.
