Medium-security facility + max-security medical unit
First-time travelers accepted
Every shift as scheduled; RTO must be submitted upfront
State criminal history clearance required — may take up to 4 weeks
Returning NY State facility staff: 2-year separation required
COVID vaccine required; medical exemption only
