RN – MacCormick Secure Center | Brooktondale, NY

Setting: Secure Juvenile Facility
Shift: Days, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Weekends: Alternating
Census: Approximately 27 residents

Position Overview

Provide nursing care to male juvenile residents in a secure OCFS setting. Responsibilities include:

Medication administration and narcotics inventory control
Nursing assessments and intervention plans
Infection control and resident monitoring
Clinical and administrative documentation
Participation in interdisciplinary treatment planning
Staff education and training

Requirements

Active NY State RN license
BLS required
First-time travelers accepted
Local travelers accepted at the same rate
Returning NY State facility employees must have been away for 2 years
SSN, DOB, license, BLS, and RTO required at submission
