Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluation and treatment services to patients with communication, speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will work collaboratively with patients, families, caregivers, and the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy and monitor patient progress.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge information accurately.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and recommendations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, educators, and other members of the care team.
• Modify treatment approaches as needed to support patient progress.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations.
