Hospice RN – Travel Assignment
Position: Hospice RN
Shift: 8-hour days
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract: 12 weeks

- Minimum 2 years of Hospice experience required

Job Description
Position: Registered Hospice Nurse
As a Registered Hospice Nurse, you will provide one-on-one hospice and palliative care to terminally ill patients. You will work closely with the hospice interdisciplinary team to develop and deliver individualized, patient-specific care plans for patients and their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hospice and palliative care
- Deliver one-on-one patient care
- Develop and implement patient-specific care plans
- Collaborate with the hospice interdisciplinary team
- Provide support, education, and guidance to patients and caregivers
Required Experience: 2+ years of hospice experience.
