ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• patient types: ED/IP/OP/OR/Pain Clinic
• equipment: CT/X-ray/Fluoro/C-arm
• All candidates must be at least 50 miles from facility (based on drivers license).
• Summer Holidays: Traveler will be required to work 1-2 of 3 (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
