Description
OR RN Needed
Shift: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM
Call: 30 hours every 6 weeks
Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend every 10 weeks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience
- BLS and ACLS
- Epic experience
- Experience with a wide variety of surgical cases
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking and independent decision-making skills
The OR RN will provide safe, patient-centered perioperative care while assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring responses to interventions and collaborating with the interdisciplinary surgical team. The nurse may also supervise staff, delegate responsibilities and support quality and safety initiatives.
