Description
Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Surgical Technologist – Day Shift
- Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW) required.
- On-Call Protocol: On-call coverage required.
- Floating Protocol: Designated as First to Float when floating is operationally required.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of clinical Surgical Technologist experience [HARDSTOP].
- Surgical Case Competency: Must be fully competent scrubbed in both Cardiovascular (CV) and General OR surgical cases (trauma, orthopedic, and general surgery experience required).
- National Certification [HARDSTOP]: Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential issued by the NBSTSA [HARDSTOP].
- Basic Life Support Certification [HARDSTOP]: Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
