Description
This role focuses on acute hospital case management and discharge planning, coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams and helping patients transition safely to the appropriate level of care. The facility is a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma acute care hospital with approximately 400 staffed beds.
Required Certifications & Licenses
- Active Alaska RN License – Required
- AK RN license must be in hand for Auto Offer
- BLS
- ACM-RN certification – Preferred
