Role Summary

Provides direct nursing care, monitors and records patient condition, carries out physician and nursing orders, coordinates care across disciplines, and supports discharge planning.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Med Surg / Telemetry experience with at least 2 years of experience
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
