Description
RN – Cardiac Stress Test / Cardiology | Travel Contract
Specialty: Cardiology / Stress Testing
Shift: Days, 5×8 hrs | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Contract: 13 weeks
Experience: 2+ years
Charting: Epic
Travel Experience: Required | First-time travelers accepted
Requirements
- Valid PA or Compact RN license in hand at submission
- BSN required
- BLS & ACLS required
- 2+ years of experience
- Experience preferred in ICU, Cath Lab, ED, or Stress Testing
- Trauma Level I experience required
- Adult & geriatric patient experience
- No floating
- No weekend requirement
- No call
- Block scheduling not available
- Scrubs: Ceil Blue
Clinical Responsibilities
- Exercise and pharmacological stress testing
- Transesophageal echo with moderate sedation
- 12-lead EKG/ECG
- Cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia interpretation
- IV infusions and venipuncture
- Vital signs and pulse oximetry
- Medication reconciliation
- Cardiac arrest/CPR response
- Patient assessment and education
