We are seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Clearwater, Florida. This opportunity is a great fit for an SLP who enjoys post-acute rehab, working with adult and geriatric patients, and helping improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life.

This role is open to travel or local candidates and is new grad friendly.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide dysphagia management and patient/caregiver education.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, OT, and case management.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
