Description

Start Date: 9/28/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Schedule: 4x12s
Guaranteed: 48 hrs/week
Experience: 2+ years CVICU required
BLS (AHA) required
ACLS preferred
Epic required
BSN not required
Level 1 Trauma
Every other weekend
Every other holiday
Floating required; travelers take a full team

Important Experience

Strong cardiovascular ICU experience required
Must be able to independently manage high-acuity CVICU patients
IABP, Impella, Swan-Ganz
ECMO and CRRT
Ventilated patients
Temporary pacing
Arterial lines, CVCs, PICCs
Titrate cardiac/critical-care drips
Strong rhythm interpretation and assessment skills

Patient Population

CABG and valve patients
Dissections/AAA/vascular procedures
STEMI/NSTEMI
Cardiogenic shock
Severe heart failure/cardiomyopathy
TAVRs
Post-cardiovascular procedures
High-acuity ventilated patients
