Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor, Delivery & Recovery (LDR / L&D)

Location: Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital, St. Louis Park, Minnesota (6500 Excelsior Blvd)

Compensation & Schedule Details
- Hours & Shift: 32 guaranteed hours per week (8-hour shifts, Day/Night rotation).
- Contract Length: Travel contract
Target Start Date: September 14, 2026
- Scheduling: Weekend and holiday requirements as needed. Maximum of 7 days of Requested Time Off (RTO) permitted per contract.
Key Facility Policies & Floating Rules
- Floating: Must be willing to float within LDR units as needed.
- Submission Items Required: Resume, active license and certifications, completed skills checklist, and prescreening questionnaire.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of LDR/L&D experience required (new graduates not accepted).
- Licensure: Active Minnesota (MN) RN license in hand.
- Certifications: AHA BLS, NRP, and EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring—basic + intermediate, basic + advanced, or intermediate + advanced) required at submittal.

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
