Job Description
Join the Respiratory Care team at a 500+ bed hospital serving a high-acuity patient population. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RRT to work in a Level I Trauma & Burn Center with exposure to adult and pediatric patients across multiple critical care settings.
The RRT will evaluate patients with respiratory insufficiencies, develop and implement respiratory care plans, administer treatments and medications, monitor patient responses, manage respiratory equipment, and respond to emergency resuscitation situations.
Required Credentials
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – NBRC
- Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner credential
- BLS – AHA or American Red Cross
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Associate/Technical degree preferred, or qualifying equivalent experience
Preferred Certifications
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP
