• Provides direct patient care, implements care plans, and coordinates discharge needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Rehabilitation (2 years of experience)
• Rehabilitation experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIH Certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

• Preferred experience in inpatient rehab
• Influenza vaccine exemptions/declinations are accepted, but a mask is required at all times
• COVID-19 declinations are not accepted

• Fit test is required for all travelers
