We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week Skilled Nursing assignment in Hayward, California. If you enjoy helping patients regain the skills and independence they need to get back to everyday life, this could be a great next stop.

✨ What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Occupational Therapist
• Active California OT license
• SNF/post-acute experience preferred
• Strong ADL, functional mobility, and patient-care skills
• Clinician comfortable working with a rehabilitation-focused patient population
• Traveler ready to move forward with the submission process
