Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health
Tampa, Florida
We are seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 20-week Home Health contract in Tampa, Florida. This opportunity offers the independence of home health while providing meaningful one-on-one care to patients in their homes.
This is a great fit for an OT with home health experience who enjoys autonomy, patient-centered care, and helping individuals improve independence, safety, ADLs, mobility, and overall functional ability.

Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments in the home setting.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, safety, mobility, and functional independence.
- Treat patients with medical, surgical, cardiac, orthopedic, neurological, pulmonary, and post-surgical conditions.
- Provide education on adaptive equipment, home safety, energy conservation, and caregiver support.
- Complete OASIS documentation and maintain home health compliance standards.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Manage a home health caseload while coordinating visits based on patient needs.
Requirements
- Home Health experience required.
- OASIS training preferred.
- Florida OT license required.
- BLS required.
- Scrubs required, any solid color.
