Description

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active, unrestricted SLP license — Arizona or another U.S. state/DC/Puerto Rico
Current BLS through American Heart Association
Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed SLP
Pediatric experience with children age 5 and younger
Adult experience, including dysphagia and neurological conditions
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Must be able to provide specialty services such as:
- Swallowing evaluations
- VFSS/MBS
- FEES
- Cognitive treatment
- Voice treatment
- Pediatric speech/language and feeding
Must be able to work with patients from birth through geriatric
SLPA candidates are not accepted
