Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM Description: CVOR RN - 8hr days (variable start times) - - Appleton, WI ** PREVIOUS TRAVEL STRONGLY PREFERRED - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of Neenah, WI** *ZOOM meeting with the Manager*Contract Length: 13 weeksStart Date: ASAPGuaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 Primary Location: Shift Requirements: 8hr Variable Days (variable start times - must be flexible) Start times: 615a, 9a, 1130a**any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence Weekends: Every 3rd weekend Holidays: As needed (must work one major holiday) Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius (as needed). Will be back up for general OR. Call: 1-2 nights per week, every 3rd weekend - 30min response time Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS & AHA PALSMinimum 3+ years CVOR experience REQUIREDCharting: EPIC experience within the last 2 years REQUIREDRequired Skillset: Strong General, Vascular, and CV REQUIREDMUST be able to circulate Open Heart, Vascular, GeneralPrimary Cases: General CV, Vascular, Robotics, OBGYN, Breast/Ortho. Use Davinci XI. Scrubs: BlackBilling: Sunday - Saturday 8hr unbillable orientationGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed. REQUIRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or Certificate HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS:As needed (must work one major holiday) INTERVIEW DAYS:Monday;Tuesday;Wednesday;Thursday;Friday INTERVIEW TYPES:MSP Interview SHIFT NOTES:8hr Variable Days
