 Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM Description: OR RN - 8hr Day/PM (variable start times) -  - Appleton, WI ** PREVIOUS TRAVE STRONGLY PREFERRED - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of Neenah, WI***ZOOM meeting with the Manager* Contract Length: 13 weeksStart Date: ASAPGuaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 Primary Location: Appleton Shift Requirements: 8hr Variable Day/PM (variable start times - must be flexible) Start times: 615a, 9a, 1130a, 1pm*any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absenceWeekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekendHoliday Rotation: As needed (must work one major holiday) Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius (as needed) On Call/Call Back Requirements: Every 3-4 weekends and one-two nights per week, 30 min response time Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS & AHA PALS Education: AssociatesMinimum 3+ years OR experience REQUIRED. Seeking a strong general OR RN. Previous travel experience strongly preferred (depending upon experience). Charting: Epic Required in last yearRequired Skillset: Experience as a circulator is a must. Patient Ratio: 1:1 Primary Cases: Heavy GYN/Breast/Ortho. Use Davinci XI Scrubs: BlackBilling: Sunday - Saturday 8hr unbillable orientation GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed. REQUIRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or Certificate PREFERRED EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS:As needed (must work one major holiday) INTERVIEW DAYS:Monday;Tuesday;Wednesday;Thursday;Friday INTERVIEW TYPES:MSP Interview SHIFT NOTES:8hr Day/PM (variable start times)
