Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of acute care case management and discharge planning experience, strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines, and experience working with InterQual criteria.

Required Qualifications

Acute hospital Case Management experience required
Experience performing Care Coordination and Admission Reviews
Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines
Experience with Utilization Review and medical necessity determination
InterQual experience highly preferred

Required Certifications & Licenses

Active California RN License or eligible pending California RN License that will be active by start date
