Labor & Delivery RN – LDRP
Experience: 3+ years required | Community Hospital preferred
Ratio: 1:1–3
Certifications: BLS, FHM & NRP required; AWHONN preferred
First-time Travelers: No
Key Skills: LDRP, antepartum, intrapartum & postpartum care; vaginal deliveries; C-section circulation; OB triage; fetal monitoring/EFM, IUPC & fetal scalp electrodes; NSTs; postpartum hemorrhage; couplet care; IV therapy/phlebotomy; blood products; Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate & antihypertensives; newborn assessment, hypoglycemia & phototherapy; breastfeeding support; D&C, tubal ligation & post-op GYN care.
Preferred: High-risk delivery, C-section scrub, APGAR, neonatal resuscitation, cervical cerclage & neonatal emergency response.
Schedule: 4–6 weekend shifts + 2 Fridays per 6 weeks; 1 major + 1–2 minor holidays; 2 mandatory on-call shifts/6 weeks.
Other: Max 2 RTO requests | No block schedule | No guaranteed hours | No locals (75-mile rule) | Pending license not accepted | Floating within LDRP scope and as facility needs.
