Role Summary
Provides direct nursing care, monitors and communicates patient condition, coordinates care across disciplines, carries out physician and nursing orders, and supports discharge planning.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma
- Orthopedics experience within the last year
- 1 year of orthopedics experience
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License

- Pharmacology exam completed before start, minimum score 80%
- Medical surgical exam completed before start, minimum score 80%
- Core competencies completed within 1 year of start, minimum score 80% or national benchmark passing score
- Color vision completed before start
- Education attestation completed after pre-hire training
- Nursing contract worker onboarding completed onsite
- Nova StatStrip pre-hire modules completed before clearance and annually
- Cerner test-out completed before start
- Badge photo required
- COVID-19 vaccination required

- Influenza vaccine required; exemptions/declinations accepted with masking requirement
