Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical (RN) | Travel Contract
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical for a 16-week travel assignment in an Acute Medicine Unit. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced inpatient environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 16 Weeks
- Shift: 12-Hour Nights
- Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Work Week: Sunday - Saturday
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
- Candidate Type: Travel Only
Unit Information
- Acute Medicine Unit
- Medical/Surgical Nursing
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- AHA BLS Certification required
- NIHSS Certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care setting
Holiday Requirements
Candidates must be available to work:
- 2 Major Holidays from:
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Day
AND
- 1 Minor Holiday from:
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- New Year's Eve
