Sonographer Job Summary

Location

• Uniontown, Pennsylvania

Contract

• 13 weeks
• 8-hour rotating shifts
• Weekends, holidays, and call as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Ultrasound Technologist with 2 years of experience
• Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
• ARDMS certification
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Driver's license must be included at submission

• 50-mile radius rule

Role Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive imaging procedures
• Coordinate and prioritize patient scheduling
• Obtain procedure-specific information before testing and answer patient questions
• Notify appropriate medical staff if images appear abnormal
• Document completed procedures in the patient chart
• Calculate and measure cardiovascular structures from procedure data
• Maintain cleanliness and order in equipment, procedure rooms, and work areas
