🌙 Shift: Nights | 3×12s | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years NICU RN experience
Level III NICU – 3+ years OR Level IV NICU – 2+ years
Experience caring for 23–24 week gestation neonates
BLS & NRP required
1:2 patient ratio experience
Epic experience preferred
Active WA or Compact RN license; compact license must be in hand
Must be flexible to float between nearby sister facilities/campuses
