Home Health PT Opportunity – Seaside, OR
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel contract in Seaside, Oregon and the surrounding coastal communities.
This is a true 1:1 Home Health position with up to approximately 6 patient visits per day and a standard productivity expectation of 30 points. The agency groups patients geographically whenever possible to help minimize unnecessary drive time.

- Facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of skilled Home Health experience
- OASIS experience required
- BCLS/BLS required
- Own reliable transportation required
- COVID primary vaccination series plus one booster required by the facility
Territory & Driving
The agency makes an effort to group patients geographically to reduce windshield time. Occasionally, the territory may extend to roughly a 60-mile radius, with approximately 60–90 minutes of total driving during the day.
Guaranteed Hours
The facility may call the traveler off up to one shift per two-week pay period. Ardor's weekly per-diem guarantee still applies according to the traveler's contract terms.
