Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (4 East) – Night Shift

Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
- Call Off & Orientation: OSF call-off policy permits up to 12 hours per 13 weeks without penalty. 12 non-billable orientation hours (guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation).

Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 1+ years of recent clinical RN experience in an acute care Med/Surg unit setting [HARDSTOP].
EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR strictly required [HARDSTOP].
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Illinois State RN License (or official proof that the IL licensure application process has been initiated) [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification [HARDSTOP].
Submission Candidate Profile Requirements [HARDSTOP]: Last 4 digits of SSN, Middle Initial, Requested Time Off (RTO), and acknowledgment of OSF Drug-Free Campus policy (negative drug screen) required at submittal [HARDSTOP].
