We're seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to join one of New Hampshire's premier healthcare systems. In this role, you'll perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures, assist with breast imaging interventions, and work closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care. What You'll Do

  • Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography examinations
  • Assist with breast ultrasound and stereotactic-guided biopsy procedures
  • Position patients and operate mammography equipment to obtain optimal diagnostic images
  • Collaborate with radiologists to support accurate and timely diagnoses
  • Educate patients on procedures while providing compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Ensure compliance with MQSA, ARRT, state regulations, and facility protocols
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient imaging records within EPIC
  • Support and mentor cross-trained Radiologic Technologists on advanced breast imaging procedures
  • Adhere to quality assurance and radiation safety standards

Requirements

 

What We're Looking For

ARRT Certification in Radiography and Mammography required

New Hampshire Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy License required

Minimum 3 years of clinical Mammography experience required

Level I or Level II Trauma Center experience within the last 2 years required

✅ Current BLS Certification

✅ Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology

✅ Experience performing screening and diagnostic mammography procedures

✅ Recent breast ultrasound and stereotactic biopsy experience preferred

✅ Strong understanding of MQSA standards and mammography quality requirements

✅ Experience working with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems preferred

✅ Excellent patient care, communication, and teamwork skills

✅ Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional image quality and patient safety

✅ Must maintain ongoing mammography education requirements in accordance with MQSA standards
