CT Technologist (Allied) - Travel Contract

Shift: Weekend Nights (12-hour shifts)
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join a busy Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have strong experience performing trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine CT examinations for patients across all age groups, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.

The CT Technologist will operate Siemens CT scanners and provide imaging services for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient departments while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols.
Operate Siemens CT scanners efficiently and safely.
Support emergency, trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine imaging services.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during examinations.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
Follow infection control, radiation safety, and quality assurance standards.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience within the specialty.
ARRT (CT) Certification required.
BLS Certification required.
Experience with Siemens CT scanners preferred.
Strong experience in trauma and acute-care settings preferred.

Additional Information

Travelers only.
No local candidates within 50 miles.
Compliance requirements must be completed by the Wednesday prior to the Monday start date.
Badge photo required.

Holiday Requirements

Candidates must be available to work:

Two (2) Major Holidays from:
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Day

AND

One (1) Minor Holiday from:
- Day After Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- New Year's Eve
