FLOAT POOL POSITION (15 medical surgical units - 600 bed facility) 
Submission Requirements
-MA RN License required at time of submission
-3+ years of related RN experience required (level 1 trauma experience required) 
-Previous travel assignment experience required
-AHA BLS/CPR  and AHA ACLS required
- Epic experience required
- Experience in a teaching hospital and specialty area expertise preferred
- No local travelers accepted (must live more than 50 miles from the facility)
- Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months to be considered
Interview with offer
- Please provide interview availability (dates/times) at time of submission
- All RTO requests must be presented at time of submission( Time off cannot exceed 4 days) 
-No blocked scheduling requests or recurring day-off requests will be approved
Unit info
Typical patient ratios: Days: 4:1 Nights: 6:1
Travelers may be assigned to one unit for 2-3 weeks
Some assignments may be provided as little as 2 hours before shift start
Rotating shifts:
Days/Evenings/Nights
Combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
Every 4-week schedule includes one week with:
1 x 12-hour shift
3 x 8-hour shifts
Rotations may occur within the same week, though avoided when possible
Facility attempts to provide several days between day/evening and night rotations
Every other weekend required
Holiday coverage required
No call requirements
Respiratory Therapy manages ventilators
RN responsible for administering nebulizers
Unit-specific skills/procedures: 12-Lead EKGs, Lasix drips, Blood transfusions, telemetry monitoring
