Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist – Overnight Shift

• Schedule: Overnight Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | Sunday – Thursday | 22:00 – 06:30 | 40 Hours Per Week
  • Call & Coverage Protocol: Rotating holiday coverage, on-call, and call-back coverage required based on department operational needs.
• Assignment Duration: Standard 13-Week Contract | Open Position
• Location Region: State of New York (NY) | Level 1 Trauma Center

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

• Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of recent clinical MRI Technologist experience AND prior Level 1 Trauma Center experience [HARDSTOP].
• Equipment Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct, hands-on clinical experience operating GE MRI Scanners is strictly required to be considered [HARDSTOP].
• Injection Certification [HARDSTOP]: Must hold an active IV Injection Certification at the time of submission [HARDSTOP].
• National Certification [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active ARRT (MR) or ARRT (R) credentialing through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists [HARDSTOP].
• Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP]. (AHA only; alternative vendors not accepted).
• State Licensure: Active New York State Radiologic Technologist License required (facility allows clinician to obtain NYS license after starting). Must possess an Associate Degree in Magnetic Resonance Imaging or Radiologic Technology.
