Description

Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Provide respiratory care to patients with respiratory insufficiencies.
Assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide appropriate respiratory therapies.
Perform advanced respiratory care modalities and monitor patient response.
Administer respiratory medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
Provide patient and family education regarding respiratory conditions and care.
Respond to emergency situations and resuscitation/code teams.
Work independently using critical thinking and sound clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Active Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner license
NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
BLS required
ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred
Associate/Technical degree or equivalent applicable experience

Pay is negotiable.
